All payments made to Trend Sphere Agency are generally non-refundable. Once a project or advertising campaign has started, refunds cannot be claimed.
Non-Refundable Services
Services including ad setup, campaign management, consultations, and advertising spend are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation Before Start
If a client cancels a service before work has started, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative or setup charges.
Ad Budget Policy
Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Facebook or Google are strictly non-refundable and are controlled by third-party platforms.
No Result Guarantee
We do not guarantee specific results such as sales or revenue. Refunds cannot be requested based on performance dissatisfaction.
Refund Requests
Any refund-related request must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of payment for review by our management team.
